    Howard Rogers

    CEO & President

    Howard is founder and chief executive officer of BrightServ and its parent company, BrightClaim. He oversees both companies’ operations, growth, and strategic direction.

    His varied management experience comes from his 20 years in the property- and casualty-insurance industry. This includes serving as executive vice president of one of the largest independent claims management organizations in the United States. While there, Howard’s responsibilities included managing the Catastrophe Service Division, Technical Services Group, Subrogation Recovery, Cause and Origin Investigation Unit, and Class Action Inspection Unit.

    Howard’s credentials include earning the Associate in Claims (AIC) designation by the Insurance Institute of America; and serving as former president of the Tennessee Claims Association. He is a 2000 graduate of the Advanced Executive Education Program of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

  • Eric Ordway

    Eric Ordway

    Chief Operating Officer

    Eric has 25 years executive and vendor management experience within the P&C Insurance and other industries, developing programs for companies such as State Farm, USAA Insurance, The Hartford, and The Home Depot. In the early 1990's, as VP of Operations, Eric was one of the founders of The PRISM Network (now Crawford Contractor Connection), developing the first national managed repair program in the industry. In 2001 he joined The Home Depot implementing a national material supply program for State Farm Insurance, and then leading the development of The Home Depot’s National Accounts and Government Sales Division growing this sales divisions sales up to $680M annually.

    In 2009, he joined Citizens Property Insurance of Florida as Sr. Director of Insurance Operations, and was responsible for developing Citizens vendor management infrastructure for both Claims and Underwriting. Implementing 24 strategic vendor programs involving service, software, and data providers, including Independent Adjusters, Engineers, Inspectors, PO, Estimating and Replacement Cost Valuations. The vendor infrastructure Eric developed at Citizen’s manages credentialing and performance of more than 6,000 outsourced staff provided by more than 150 companies annually.

    Eric joined BrightClaim in 2013 as COO of BrightServ and currently oversees all of BrightServ’s operations and is also COO of BrightClaim. Eric is a graduate of Iowa State University with degrees in Logistics and Economics, and sits on the Board of Directors of The Jericho School, a non-profit school for children with autism in Jacksonville, FL.

    Ty joined BrightClaim in December of 2006. Ty has 20+ years of Sales and Business Development experience primarily in the P&C Insurance marketplace. Before joining BrightClaim, Ty held an Executive Sales position with ITEL, based in Jacksonville, Florida. Ty joined ITEL after building a successful competing flooring testing company (Spill Tech) which was acquired by ITEL in 2006. Prior to that Ty worked for The Home Depot as a National Account Executive within the insurance sector. Ty was also involved with The PRISM Network (now Crawford Contractor Connection), in a National Sales Leadership position. Prior to PRISM Ty worked for State Farm Insurance Company in both claims and agency markets. Ty has a degree in Finance from Clemson University.

  • Dan Gonzalez

    Dan Gonzalez

    Claims Manager

    Dan joined BrightServ in November of 2014 and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day claims operations of the Managed Repair Program. Dan has 16 years of property and casualty insurance claims experience overseeing residential and commercial losses as a both field adjuster and manager at American Family and Encompass , where he participated in the successful implementation of the company's managed repair program. Dan is a former U.S. Marine who graduated from Park University and received his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.

    Carrie Tejeda

    Dispatching & Call Center Manager

    Carrie joined BrightServ in January 2013, and has lead company growth in all operational areas including dispatching, credentialing and recruiting, as well as vendor and client relations. Carrie is currently responsible for BrightServ’s Dispatching and Call Center operations spanning teams in Atlanta, GA, Indianapolis, IN, and Jacksonville, FL. Carrie has over 18 years of experience in the development and implementation of multiple Training and Quality Assurance guidelines and programs, with companies such as American Electric Power, Southern Company and Harris Products Group.

    Rick Jones

    Recruiting & Credentialing Manager
    Vendor Relations

    Rick joined BrightServ in 2014 and is responsible for Recruiting / Credentialing, Vendor Relations and Mass Media. Prior to joining BrightServ Rick worked in computer management and for 20+ years owned several businesses in various fields such as Multimedia design and Home Construction. Rick has won several awards in the video industry and photography fields as well as taught photography and Photoshop classes. Rick studied Information Systems at Georgia State University, Photographic Technology at Southeastern Center for the Arts and Multimedia Design at Georgia Institute of Technology. As well as a licensed P&C Adjuster, Rick brings a unique skill set of technology, media design and management to the BrightServ team.

    Dan Stilb

    QA & Training Manager

    Dan joined the BrightServ in 2016 as Quality Assurance and Training Manger. He is responsible for the overall design and management of the Quality Assurance process and training programs for Program Contractgors and BrightServ staff. Dan has 7+ years experience in vendor management and quality assurance. His experience in lean implementation practices and process improvement has made him a great fit for BrightServ. Dan graduated with a BA in Psychology from The State University of New York at Geneseo and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University.

  • Ted Vibbert

    Ted Vibbert

    Senior VP Information Systems

    Ted joined BrightClaim in 2004 and is responsible for the overall design and implementation of the company’s IT infrastructure. Ted has over 15+ years’ experience in software design and development. His background includes work in the construction, property insurance, and warranty inspection fields. Ted has supervisory experience where he managed a number of Class Action and Warranty Inspection programs relating to plumbing and other building products and has been able to leverage his practical field experience to oversee development teams managing BrightClaim’s core systems accessed by 1,000’s of users on a daily basis.
