  • Qualifications and Credentialing

    BrightServ conducts an interview with the prospective Contractor to ensure that they meet our criteria to join our program. We only want Contractors that genuinely have a desire to help Homeowners get back on their feet!

    Our Credentialing requirements include but are not limited to:

    Licensing - Contractor must have all appropriate licenses for their area
    Certifications - IICRC Water, Mold Abatement, Lead and Bio Hazard are just some of the required Certifications
    Insurance - The Contractor must hold stringent Insurance limits for GL, Auto and Workers Comp
    Experience - Contractors must have been in business for at least 3 years
    Performance - A track record of excellence is a must!

  • Monitoring and Reviews

    BrightServ conducts several progress reports from the Homeowner during the repair process to ensure that any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Once the repairs are complete BrightServ conducts a final survey with the Homeowner to get their feedback on the start to finish process to see where we might improve.

    We also review the Contractors performance and score them based on their professionalism and workmanship. BrightServ also conducts periodic surveys with the Contractors to see where we might be able to improve our processes and procedures with them.

    All of this ensures that BrightServ is maintaining the highest standards possible and that Homeowners are completely satisfied!

    BrightServ is a Managed Repair Program assisting Homeowners to find the best Contractor to get their home back to its pre-existing condition with minimal stress.
  • How does the process work?

    Once you contact us, we will match you with the best Contractor for your claim. The Contractor will then contact you to schedule a meeting. Once the Contractor submits the estimate to us, BrightServ will review it and get approval from the carrier to begin work. BrightSev will be there with you throughout the process to monitor all aspects of the repair.
  • How much do you charge?

    There is NO fee to the homeowner!
  • If you don’t charge, how do you make money?

    The Contractor pays BrightServ a small percentage of the overall job cost.
  • How do you Qualify Contractors?

    Contractors on the BrightServ program undergo a stringent Credentialing process which includes but is not limited to: years in business, licensing, certifications, financials and background checks.
  • Is there a Warranty?

    Absolutely! Your Contractor will give you an industry leading 3-year warranty on all work performed for you. Any materials used on your project are warranted by the manufacturer.
