Bill Johnson Joins the BrightServ Team Bill Johnson joins the team at BrightServ bringing with him several years of managed repair experience. More specifically, Johnson has worked most recently within the installed services arena with well known companies like Expo Design Center, Closets by Design and The Great Indoors developing processes and managing contractor networks. “Bill Johnson possesses the skills and attributes that fit well within the BrightServ organization” Michael Frank, SVP of Insurance Services, pointed out. “His unique understanding of the home improvement and reconstruction markets will be an invaluable resource to the Insurance Services team as our recruiting efforts progress. Having a dedicate resource to work out details with our program participants is important. Bill is able to anticipate contractor needs and respond to meet those specific needs by providing the information our partners require to operate their businesses within the realms of our customized managed repair programs.” Johnson will join the Insurance Services team at BrightServ focusing his efforts on contractor recruiting, credentialing and training for various programs currently being implemented. Throughout his 15 year career in the home improvement industry Johnson has developed many strong relationships with quality contractor companies across the US.
