BrightClaim, Inc. acquires ServiceLane and forms BrightServ… Atlanta based BrightClaim, Inc., the leading provider of integrated claims solutions, has acquired Dallas-based ServiceLane, a firm focused on providing large service organizations optimal performance through the use of business process outsourcing and technology facilitation. The new entity will be known as BrightServ and will focus exclusively on providing property and casualty insurance carriers and building product manufacturers a variety of claims solutions that reduce cycle time and control costs. “Our mission was to create the next generation of customized contractor network programs,” said Howard Rogers, Chief Executive Officer of BrightClaim, Inc. and also BrightServ. “ServiceLane’s existing technology and supply chain management expertise, coupled with BrightClaim’s vast experience in the property and casualty insurance arena, provides our clients with a truly unique offering previously not available.” By working collaboratively with clients, BrightServ offers customized solutions including Contractor Management, Catastrophe Response, Installation and Warranty Management and Direct Repair Claims Programs. All programs are powered through BrightServ’s industry leading web-based software. Clients have access to a “glass pipeline” that provides up-to-the-minute, real-time answers needed to manage company programs, down to the smallest detail. Designated personnel can view all related documents, notes and check current status via individualized password access to our BrightServ’s secured website. “BrightServ”, Rogers concluded, “is a fresh approach and is not the typical contractor or direct repair program that is currently provided in the insurance claims marketplace today”.
