BrightServ completes move to new corporate offices BrightServ celebrates first anniversary in its corporate offices
In August, BrightServ marks the first anniversary of operations from the new home office location in Richardson, Texas.
This location has proven to be an ideal choice for servicing both east coast and west coast contractor operations. Utilizing follow-the-sun management allows BrightServ to handle call-center volumes from all US time zones from this Central Standard Time Zone location. Both inbound and outbound customer service calls are able to be handled providing 8 AM – 5 PM coverage in both New York and California (24/7 emergency call service is also available).
BrightServ currently operates several customized managed repair programs for various property & casualty insurance claims departments and building product manufacturing companies. They lead the industry in designing and operating progressive customized programs for managing property repairs while delivering a high level of customer service for property owners.
